Necessary storage

The signed, secure preference cookie dh_consent remembers your choice for up to 180 days. If you withdraw consent while the connection is unavailable, a browser storage flag keeps optional measurement off and retries your withdrawal. Login, security and requested demonstration features may use their own necessary storage.

Analytics

If you allow analytics, we record visits to approved public pages and assign an anonymous browser identifier in dh_visitor for up to 180 days. When enabled in our settings, Google Analytics 4 also receives these events and may set _ga cookies. We configure those cookies for up to 180 days. Analytics consent alone does not enable campaign or form-conversion reporting.

Marketing

If you allow marketing, we measure campaign sources, public page visits, selected calls to action and completed forms. Campaign attribution is kept in dh_campaign for the browser session. We use campaign source, medium and name, plus the referring website’s hostname. When enabled, Meta Pixel receives PageView, Lead and WebsiteCTA events and may set cookies such as _fbp and _fbc. Provider cookie lifetimes are controlled by Meta, commonly up to 90 days.

These reports do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, form messages, full referrer URLs or raw IP addresses. Third-party libraries can process connection information, such as an IP address, when they are loaded after consent. Learn about Google’s privacy practices and Meta’s cookies.

Storage and retention

Our admin reports retain measurement events for 180 days. Consent receipts record categories, policy version, timestamps and Global Privacy Control status; receipts are retained for up to 180 days after expiry. Provider retention is managed separately in our Google and Meta accounts. Retention cleanup runs during normal website activity and through our maintenance job.

Change your preferences

You can reject optional cookies, allow selected categories, or withdraw permission at any time. Withdrawal stops future collection; it does not automatically remove historical reports. Browser Global Privacy Control disables marketing. Blocking cookies or scripts in your browser may reduce measurement.
